How to participate:
1) Take one or more Pictures (or Select them from your Holidays Album) of you and/or your friends using one or more BIPs.
2) Post your selected photo(s)
on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Diliteequipment then share it and tag one of your friends you think he or she may be interested in Outdoor Equipment (if more than one photo, then each one with a different tag). Also follow the page in case you’re not already OR, ALTERNATIVELY
on our Instagram Page @dilite_equipment https://www.instagram.com/dilite_equipment/ with the hashtag #BIPgiveaway, tag a friend you think he or she may be interested in Outdoor Equipment (if more than one photos, then each one with a different tag) and follow the page in case you’re not already!
In case you don’t have or use social networks you can send us your photo(s) to our email: business@di-lite.com and we will post it (or them) by ourselves on our social platforms.
3) Give Away contest starts from the receiving of this email and you can post or send photos till midnight of Sunday 8th November 2020 (11:59pm GMT+2; +1 UTC), date in which the contest officially ends. Winners will be announced on Friday 13th November 2020. Winners will be contacted via Facebook Messenger, Instagram Chat or contacted by responding to the email, depending the medium you chose and asked the address they want the BIP to be shipped to. Shipping costs are entirely on Di-Lite Equipment.
4) Give Away contest is open worldwide!
5) This Give Away contest even if it is hosted on Facebook and Instagram Platforms is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram in any way.
4) How and when the winner will be chosen:
From all eligible Digital photos posted or received during the Give Away contest, Di-Lite Equipment’s founder and Director board, in his sole discretion, will select the winner. Selection will be made on the basis of the following criteria:
Photo(s) that better depict the usage of the product and its functionality, meaning the picture that best answers the question: “why BIP is the best choice for this given situation?”.
Inspirational or otherwise creatively evocative Photos
Quality or Beauty of the Photo
Humorous Photos
Storytelling Photos
3) When sending us the photo(s), please consider you are automatically giving us Authorization of Usage as follows:
Posting Photograph(s) or other electronic media images on Di-Lite Equipment Facebook and/or Instagram Pages or Sending photos and media to Di-Lite Equipment Company email “business@di-lite.com”, I (the “Releasor”) automatically grant permission and give my consent to Di-Lite Equipment Company (“Releasee”) to public said Photographs or electronic images on the Di-Lite Equipment Social networks Pages and Website for the purpose of the “Give Away” Contest, for an unlimited period of time and under any payment or other consideration. I therefore waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of said electronic images. I understand and agree that all electronic images will become the property of the Releasee and I hereby authorize the Releasee to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish said electronic material. I also authorize the Releasee to store said electronic material on its electronic archives. On his side, the Releasee claims to use said electronic material for the only and sole lawful purpose of the Give Away Contest and not for any other purposes. I AFFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE. I am assured the possibility to ask to revoke my permission at any time by notifying a request sending an email to business@si-lite.com. In this case the Releasee will proceed removing the photos from his digital channels but in this case the revocation may not affect any action taken before the receipt of said written notification if not in the power of the Releasee
The Releasee declares to act in accordance with Artt. 10 e 320 cod.civ. and Artt. 96 e 97 Law 22.4.1941, n. 633 of the Italian Law on publication and exhibition of images on the Internet (Please note that Italian law, in accordance with the European Law is the strictest Privacy Law existing, your rights are safe!)
